Critical Warnings

I bought a new laptop.

You may think there’s nothing remarkable about that and on the one hand you’d be quite right.

But if you knew why I bought a new laptop you’d probably think differently.

For months I’ve been ignoring the critical ‘battery low’ warnings that have flashed up on my screen EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve logged on.

This morning, I had two warnings, and they seemed different, more urgent.

I wasn’t prepared to take the risk anymore, so with a few mouse clicks and a quick trip to the store, I was home and setting up my new laptop in under an hour.  Fortunately, I was prepared for this day, so the financial outlay wasn’t a problem either.

But it made me think about how often in relationships we’re receiving the critical warnings but we’re never quite prepared for them.

How often do you ignore the warning signs?

How often do allow things get to a critical position in your relationship before taking positive action?

How prepared are you for those critical moments?

The clients I work with generally fall into two camps;

  1. Those who heed the critical warnings in their relationships and want to do something about them

And

  1. Those who contact me out of desperation when things have reached their critical point.

Which camp do you belong in?

Whether you’re ignoring the warning signs in the hope that they’ll magically disappear, or you’re already in relationship crisis, I can help you to create your strongest, healthiest, and most robust relationship ever.
